Declarado Monumento Histórico-Artístico desde 1931, el Castillo de Lorca supuso un bastión defensivo que marcó, durante siglos, la frontera entre cristianos y musulmanes. La fortaleza del sol es un espacio temático donde se combinan ocio y cultura, diversión y aprendizaje, historia y espectáculo.

Fortress of the sun
Castle of Lorca, declared a Historic- Artistic Monument since 1931, was the main defensive bastion which marked, for centuries, the border between Cristian and Muslim kingdoms. Nowadays the fortress of the sun is an atraction where history and culture are combined with fun and learning.
Lorca´s castle has become a theathrical adventure where childen and adults become the main characters in this historical tale.
